We add someone to an email sequence only after they submit a form on one of our pages and affirmatively check the consent box. Consent boxes are never pre-checked. We do not purchase, rent, scrape or harvest email lists.

• The email address submitted
• The date and time of consent
• The exact consent wording shown on screen
• The page, referrer and campaign values of the submission
• The IP address and browser user agent

Marketing email is sent from a verified address on our own domain. We do not forge headers or use deceptive subject lines, and every commercial email includes our physical mailing address as required by CAN-SPAM: The Magic Push Button, 605 West 9th Street #1120, Austin, TX 78701, United States.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are processed immediately. Operational messages — such as a reply to something you sent us — are not marketing email and may still be sent.

• Contact only people who gave permission or with whom you have a genuine relationship
• Never send unsolicited bulk email or SMS
• Honour every opt-out promptly and permanently
• Never make income or results guarantees
• Comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA and all applicable advertising law
